Many of the healing practices we are familiar with today are actually based on the principles found in these texts. Through the use of diet and nutrition, herbs, yoga, bodywork and daily routine, an ayurvedic counseling session will empower you to return to your natural state of balance, bringing you back to unity and awareness...back to health.
Lokahi is an ancient Hawaiian healing platform classically depicted through the symbol of the triangle, representing the balanced connection between body, mind and spirit.
